Fixed mobile controls and worked on Level 4

I am exhausted right now and the level 4 is not completed but I am glad it's gonna be interesting. Right now I am too tired to think of a level design but I have laid down the foundations of a cool level here...

Mobile controls were really small last time when I tested them on mobile so I increased their size.
